Job Area:  Accounting Department 
  • Recording petty cash expenses 
  • Prepare the Company Banks transfers 
  • Reconcailtion of Cash and Delivery Apps Issues
  • Create Sales Invoices 
  • Manage the Fixed Monthly Commitments
  • Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, journals, invoices, receipts, and information related to supplies and inventory
  • Assisting the accounting department in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports, preparing taxes, and assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies
  • Speaking with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and that payments are received in a timely manner.
  • Communicating with clients to discuss account statuses, charges, or discrepancies.


  • Bachelor Degree 
  • Experience one year and above
  • Perfect written English
  • Familiarity with accounting systems like Odoo
  • Proficient in Google Drive
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Analyze all accounting processes
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Passion for coffee and interest in the F&B industr
